Withdraw Cancellation

Published August 14, 2026 Updated August 17, 2026

If you've requested to cancel your account — or your account was

automatically flagged for cancellation — and you've changed your mind, you

can withdraw that request yourself at any time before it takes effect.

When can I withdraw a cancellation?

You can withdraw a cancellation as long as it's still pending (i.e. it

hasn't been completed yet). This includes cancellations that were:

  • Submitted by you from your account settings

  • Submitted on your behalf by our support team

  • Triggered automatically — for example, because our system detected your

chat bot had been removed as a moderator, was inactive, or your channel

hadn't gone live in a while

Some cancellations tied to billing issues or terms-of-service violations

can't be self-withdrawn — if that applies to your account, please reach out

to support and we'll help sort it out.

How to withdraw a cancellation

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings → Cancel Account.

  3. If you have a pending cancellation, you'll see its details there along

    with a Withdraw button.

  4. Click Withdraw. Your cancellation is called off immediately and your

    account stays active as normal.

You'll receive an email confirming the withdrawal for your records.

What happens after I withdraw?

  • Your account remains active — nothing else changes.

  • If the cancellation was tied to a support ticket, that ticket will be

    closed on our end.

  • If the cancellation was triggered automatically (for example, due to an

unmodded or inactive chat bot), please make sure the underlying issue is

    resolved — e.g. re-add the bot as a moderator — so it doesn't get

automatically flagged again. It can take our systems up to 24 hours to

recognize a recent withdrawal, so please allow a little time before

    everything settles.
