Cancel Account

We understand that plans change, and we’re here to make cancellation as easy and smooth as possible. If you’re considering canceling, here’s how it works:

Please note: If you have shortened URLs, these links will be immediately deleted when your cancellation request is finalized.

Process:

1. Log In to Your Account:

   1. Go to our website and sign in to your account.

2. Navigate to Your Account Settings:

   1. Once logged in, head to the Account Settings.

3. Select the “Options” drop-down menu:

   1. Then click “Cancel Account”.

4. Please complete the cancellation form.

   1. Cancellation Reason

   2. Would you like to keep your account active until the end of the current billing cycle?

      1. Select “No” if you would like to disable services, until the end of your current billing cycle..

      2. Select “Yes” if you would like to keep services active until the end of your current billing cycle.

   3. Feedback

      1. Optional.

5. Review and Confirm:

   1. Confirm your cancellation by clicking “Cancel Account” if you’re ready to proceed.

6. Receive Confirmation:

   1. Once you confirm, we’ll send you a cancellation email for your records.

   2. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Twitch Users: It is also recommended to disconnect the app. from your Twitch account.

• Visit: Twitch -> Settings -> Connections

• Locate the “Other Connections” tab.

  • Then click “Disconnect”, to the left of “ChtrBot”.
