Outbound SMS Queue
Delivery
Text messages are sent immediately when queued, between 9 AM and 6 PM.
Using “Time Zone” in business settings.

SMS Options
Option | Description |

View SMS | When you click “View SMS” you will see the following information:

Cancel | Cancel the message. Please note, we will attempt to process your request, this does not guarantee the message will not be sent. |
Resend | If a message has failed for whatever reason, you may click “Resend” to queue the text message for re-delivery. |

FAILED | In this screenshot you can see what a failed message will look like. When a message could not be delivered to a customer, it will transition to the failed status. You can click “View SMS” to see more details on why the message failed. Options:

PENDING | When a text message is in this status, it can be cancelled, if needed. Otherwise, it will be sent soon. Options:

SENT | When a text message is in this status, it has been successfully sent to the customer. |
